Uzeti vatrostalnu posudu( pekac i sl- sa poklopcem staviti paradajz sos preko staviti snicle i posuti ih sa cesnjakom i persunom. Doliti malo vode da prekriju se snicle..Poklopiti snicle poklopcem i staviti u zagrijanu rernu na 180-200 stepeni i peci sat i po. tj 90 min. Moja je rerna dosta jaka i ja manje vise sve pecem na 180. Po potrebi ukoliko uvrije mozete dodati malo mlake tj tople vode.Ja sam ovaj putpekla bez poklopca pa sam morala vise puta dolijevati tekucinu.Mozete pokriti i folijom ukoliko nemate poklopac</div>

Meni je ta kombinacija odlicna. Onda sam naisla na ovaj recept u jednom svom casopisu..<br />
U orginalnom receptu ide Roquefort ja sam stavila obicnu gorgonzolu..Pravila sam dvije varijante ovog recepta sa skuhanim kruškama i svijezim i obje dobro pašu. U orginalu idu kuhane, al ja sam htijela da probam i sa svjezim pa cu napisati obje varijacije<br />

Priprema;<br />Kruške oprati presjeci i ocistiti sredinu. I kuhati u malo vode sa limunovim sokom od 5-8 min. treba da ostanu cvrste ne premekane.. Izvaditi i ocjediti..<br />
U orginalu ide da se sir znjeci i pomjesa sa vrhnjem( mileramom). Ja sam u tavi malo otopila i dodala vrhnje za kuhanje..<br />
Oprati listove zelene salate i ousiti i staviti na tanjur preko staviti krusku.. i napuniti umakom od sira.. i dodati orahe..<br />
Ulje, sirce malo izmješati i preliti preko salate i kruske..<br />
Ukoliko ne kuhate kruske, ja sam tad stavljala rikulu dole, isto sam otopila malo gorgonzolu sa vrhnjem. i dodala orahe i dresing.. <br />

Dodati sok od limuna, vanil secer( ekstrakt).Dodajte smjesu brašna i promiješajte dok se ne uraditi smjesa.. Naribane tikvice dodati u smjesu.. Dodati i ribanu limunovu koricu i limun secer po zelji..Kalup duguljasti podmazati i pobrasniti ili staviti papir za pecenje.. Rernu zagrijati na 180-200C. </div>

Priprema:<br />
Meso oprati, malo istuci, posoliti i uvaljati u malo brašna.. Na malo masnoće prepeci par min. i izvaditi i ostaviti na stranu.Luk i cesnjak isjeckati i prorpžiti na masnoci od mesa.. kad omekani i zastakli, dodati kašiku dvije brasna, malo aleve paprike, zacin.. bijelo vino i vodu.. Vratiti snicle i kuhati dok omekani. Ja to obicno stavim u pretis nekih 20 min.. Ukoliko ih pravite u serpi trebat ce dosta duze..Sluziti uz njoke, rizu, pire po zelji..<br />

Priprema:<br />
Šparoge divlje se ciste tako da se donji dio kida, gdje kao drveno, i to se baca..Mogu se obariti uz malo secera da se ubije gorcina, mada meni to ne smeta. Kod obicnih isto skidate dole onaj guli se korjenasti dio.. Kod nas su obicne sparoge jako rijetke i iznimno skupe..<br />
Luk i češnjak ocistiti i nasjeckati.. Krompir isto očistiti i nasjeci na kockice.<br />
Na malo maslinovog ulja propržiti luk i cešnjak dodati krompir na kockice i šparoge..<br />
Malo propržiti, dodati zacine i naliti sa vodom ili temeljcom..Kuhati dok povrce ne omekani.<br />
Izmiskati i dodati malo vrhnja za kuhanje.. Priprema:<br />
Rižu skuhati u slanoj vodi prema uputama..Ocjediti i prohladiti.<br />
Mahune ocisiti i narezati na komadice.. Parike očistiti i isto nasjeckati na rezance. Luk ocistiti i nasjeckati..<br />
Na ulju ili puteru propržiti luk, dodati papriku i mahune i malo prijati.. po malo dodavati malo vode..<br />

Tikvicu ocistiti i nasjeckati na ploške. Kad malo omekane mahune dodati tikvice i pirjati 5 min..<br />
Dodati rižu, zaciniti, so, papar, muskatni, ja sam dodala i malo peršunovog lista.. I na kraju primješati indijske orascice..<br />
ja sam jela uz svoje batacice u cili marinadi..i uz salatu..<br />

Meso oprati,posusiti i natrljati solju i paprom.. I premazati umakom od cilija.. poklopiti i ostaviti 1 h u frizideru..<br />
Ulje od sezama zagrijati u tavi i prziti batacice nekih 15-20 min. ja sam malo podlila vodom..<br />
Posluziti ukraseno ploskama limuna po zelji..<br />

Priprema:<br />
Oguliti luk i češnjak i nasjeckati. Paprike oprati i isjeci na kocke.. Cous cous preliti sa povrtnim temeljcem.. ili vodom uz dodatak zacina.. prema omjeru sa kutije..<br />
Patlidzane presjeci i izdubiti.. ostaviti oko 1 cm.. Meso od patlizdana isjeckati.. Ja sam malo prepekla na ulju da omekane patlidzani vi po zelji..jer onda skratim vrijeme pecenja<br />
Na maslinovom ulju propržiti luk i cesnjak, dodati papriku i patlidzan unutrasnjost,. Malo propržiti da omekani dodati paradajz -cherry paradajz ili paradajz sjeckani..<br />
So, papar dodati majcinu dusicu.. Dodati cous cous,, izmješati .. Napuniti patlidzane i posuti paremzanom i staviti peci u rernu 30min.Ja sam ovaj put stavila mozzarellu jer sam imala otvorenu..<br />

Pripema:<br />
Povrće oprati i oguliti luk, krastavac mozete ostaviti sa korom ukoliko je fin.. Isjeci na kockice kao i papriku ili snite.... Dodati cherry paradajz ili obicni ako nema..<br />
Skuhati jecam prema uputstvu nekih 30-40 min.. Povrće iz konzerve isprati i ostaviti da se ocjedi..<br />
Sve izmješati dodati svjeze povrce. posuti sa kockicama feta sira koje se moze posuti sa origanom.. Dodati par crnih maslina.. Preliti maslinovim uljem. Ukrasiti sa svjezom mentom..<br />

Ribu oprati,posusiti malo nasoliti.. Bijeli luk ocistiti i nasjeckati.. Maslinovo ulje pomješati i dodati zacin..i po zelji moze malo soka od limuna.. i ako zelite moze i malo nasjeckanog peršuna.. Složiti u pleh oblozen papirom za pečenje i poredati ribice i preliti sa uljem i zacinima.. Staviti peci u zagrijanu rernu na 250 C nekih 15 min.. dok porumene..<br />
Sluziti uz povrće, salatu.. Ja sam jela uz blitvu..<br />
Blitvu sam skuhala, kao i krompir i jednu mrkvu..sve sam malo zgnjecila i na maslinovo ulje uz dodatak bijelog luka.. zagrijala..<br />

Paprike oprati, očistiti i isjeći na prutiće. Mladi luk isto i češnjak očistiti i na šnitice.. Paradajz preliti vrelom vodom i oguliti( ja nisam gulila -vi po zelji) i ukloniti ako ima sjemenki narezati na osmine ili kocke.Staviti vodu i skuhati njoke prema uputama sa kese.. One se obicno kuhaju jako kratko 2-3 min..<br />
U tavi zagrijati ulje i propržiti luk, papriku, češnjak. i da omekani dodati paradajz, so papar, origano.. Ocjedene njoke.. i malo propržiti.. Par minuta.. Posuti sa sirom.. i ukrasiti listicima bosiljka<br />

75 gr svjezeg sira uz dodatak začinskog bilja( ja sam stavila malo origana i bosiljka)<br />
50 gr indijskih orašćića<br />
ulje ili puter za pecenje<br />
za mahune:<br />
500 gr mahuna zelenih olovka<br />
1 glavica luka<br />
1 češanj češnjaka<br />
1 paprika( moze i ljuta ako volite)<br />
1 paradajz<br />
1 kašika maslinovog ulja<br />
mljevena paprika kaškica<br />

Priprema:<br />
Orašćiće nasjeckati. i pomješati sa mladim sirom.. dodati mu i začine po želji.. Pureće odreske oprati, posusiti. istuci i posoliti malo.. Nanijeti nadjev preko i urolati.. Ja sam ih malo samo uvaljala u brašno.. da ne dodajem kasnije u a da dobije gustinu.<br />
Odresce prepeci na ulju par min..po strani,, kad se zapeće zaliti sa temeljcem ili vodom( ja sam vodom) i ostaviti da se malo krčka u tome.. nekih 7-8 min.. dok uvrije tekućina i ostane fin preliv.<br />
Mahune:<br />
Luk i češnjak oguliti.Papriku i paradajz oprati i nasjeckati.. Na malo ulja propržiti dodati luk, papriku dodati mahune i malo dinstati.. onda dodati paradajz, naliti sa malo vode.. i kuhati malo dok ne omekani ovisno od mahuna nekih 15-20 min.. Pred kraj dodati malo aleve paprike.. i zacine po zelji malo peršunovog lista.<br />

Priprema:<br />
Skuhati raviole(torteline) prema uputama ocjediti malo isprati vodom.. Mrkvu oguliti i naribati.. Rikulu i radić oprati i ocjdditi.. Sir nasjeci na kockice.. Sve pomješati i preliti sa dresingom.<br />
Dresing:<br />
Povrtni temeljac pomjesati sa solju, limunovim sokom i koricom, maslinovim uljem i preliti po salati.. Posuti gore orasima..<br />

Priprema:<br />
Paprike oprati, presjeci na pola i otkloniti sjemenke..Staviti u posudu sa malo ulja i da se pece nekih 5-10min dok se pripremi nadjev.. mada ni to ne mora al ja stavim cisto da malo omekane.<br />
Nadjev: mladi sir, jaje, feta sir, so, po zelji mozete dodati neki zacin(peršun) po potrebi izmješati i puniti paprike.. Peci 30 min; dok porumene paprike.. Mogu se posuti sa malo sjemenki suncokreta..<br />
Meni su ukusnije crvene paprike sa feta sirom.. al budu ukusne i zute..<br />
Ja sam uz paprike pekla i krompir polo.. i jela mjesanu sarenu salatu od paradajza,krastavica i kapule<br />

Priprema:<br />
Oprati tikvice i presjeći na pola.. Ukoliko joj je kora bas ruzna malo površinski skinuti inače ne treba..izdubiti tikvice i to sredinu malo usitniti..Papriku oprati i nasjeckati na kocke..<br />
Gljive nasjeckati na listiće.. mozete i stapke ili samo klobuke.. Ja obicno stapke ostavim za juhu..<br />
Na malo ulja maslinovog propržiti papriku, unutrašnjost tikvice, gljive, da omekani tj da pusti vodu.<br />
Dodati začine, kukuruz ocjedeni i cherry paradajz , na to naribati sir po zelji..<br />

Puniti tikvice i preko preliti sa malo vrhnja za kuhanje.. Staviti u rernu i peci nekih 20-30 min dok ne porumene..<br />
Ja tikvice tj lađice uvijek malo propržim na tavi da pusti vodu. i da se krace u rerni pece.. Vi ukoliko to ne radite gore u tavi , mozete dok se fil pravi staviti u rernu malo da se zapeku.Dole staviti malo ulja u posudu.<br />

Krastavac i kapulu očistiti.. Ukoliko je fina kora krastavca ili je domaci ne morate ni guliti. Paradajz oprati. Povrće nasjeckati, paradajz na ploške, krastavac isto i luk na tanke ploške.<br />
Dresing: maslinovo ulje, limunov sok, med, senf, cesnjak, mak izmješati i preliti preko salate..<br />

Sastojci:<br />
4 odreska lososa ili u komadu ako cete peci u rerni<br />
so,<br />
1-2 kaškice lemon papera<br />
ulje<br />

Priprema:<br />
Losos, malo posoliti posuti sa lemon paperom i ostaviti da malo odstoji.. Ja imam tavu za ribu kao tefal i ja u nju stavim samo malo ulja kašiku dvije cisto da se ne zalijepi.. i onda sa kozom ribu kad se ugrije tava.. Pržim nekih 4-5 min zavisno od debljine. okrenem i sa druge strane.Paziti da se ne prepece jer ce biti suh.. Lososu ne treba predugo,<br />
Ukoliko pravite u rerni staviti malo ulja ja koristim maslinovo i na njega staviti losos i peci u rerni nekih 25 min ovisno o velicini komada..<br />
Uz ribu sluziti povrće,blitvu sa krompirom, krompir salatu, brokulu, tikvicu i krompir ili sl.. šta volite jesti uz ribu..<br />

Sastojci:<br />
350 ml mlijeka kokosovog ili obicnog, ili po želji jogurta<br />
4 kašike chia sjemenki<br />
3 kašike kokosovog brašna<br />
2 kašike meda ili javorovog sirupa<br />
voće po želji ( mango, maline, sumsko voće i dr ili kakao ukoliko niste ljubitelj voca)<br />

Priprema:<br />
U mlijeko ili jogurt dodati chia sjemenke, kokos i med.. Ostaviti da odstoji par sati u frizideru ili preko noći.<br />
Izmiskati voće moze i više razlicitih kombinacija..<br />
Ja sam miksala malo manga uz dodatak soka od cijedene narande , a drugo maline (jagode) uz dodatak malo narande.<br />
